PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

Some industrial applications that use seawater for cooling have the potential for the formation of bio-fouling from the various organisms lurching in the oceans. Our simple yet innovative systems use the salt from seawater to generate a dilute sodium hypochlorite (bleach) solution which when dosed in the seawater cooling circuits, kills bio-growth without the need of handling chlorine gas. The only inputs are seawater & electricity.

Sea water electro-chlorination systems are constructed for high capacity continuous production of sodium hypochlorite solution from sea water. This system can be offered as pre-assembled skids which makes the erection and commissioning process simple. The system contains all necessary instrumentation for automatic operation. PLC controls with required triggers, alarms & sensors allows safe operation

Why is Sea water electro-chlorination ?

The purpose of the Sea water electro-Chlorination System is to generate and Inject Hypo chlorite solution into Sea Water Intake Structures to inhibit the growth of the biological organisms and to prevent slime deposits on the wall of circulating cooling water pipes.
